Counselors & Teachers

We love talking with students and staff about what it takes to get here – what’s possible, the nitty-gritty details, even the best places to eat while on your campus tour.

Opportunities for Transformation

EWU Admissions prides itself on helping students of all academic abilities find information and resources that will help them to make the best college decision possible. Our goal is to provide you with up-to-date information that will assist you in your role of working with students.

We love to communicate with students about our admissions process, key financial aid concepts or ways students can improve their admissions prospects. Let us know!

Upload Official Documents Online

If you’re a school official, you can upload your students’ official transcripts and test scores via an online form. Contact your regional recruiter or Jana Jaraysi to receive the link. (We don’t publish the form’s link online. This helps ensure only counselors and other official school staff can upload documents.)

Schedule a Group Visit

Want to bring a large or small group of students to campus? Excellent! Fill out the group visit form to get started. You’ll have an opportunity to customize your experience.

Take Part in Counselor Days

You can attend invite-only events for high school counselors and two-year college counselors. Continuing education credits (clock hours) are usually available, and travel and meal costs are often covered by EWU. Talk to your regional recruiter or Jana Jaraysi to explore your options.

Elementary and Middle School Options

EWU prides itself on increasing access to students from all backgrounds. We’ve developed the state’s largest and most successful programs for young students, and we’d love to welcome you to campus or visit your school as part of our annual activities or as part of a special event just for you. Contact your regional recruiter or Jana Jaraysi to explore your options.

More Than Recruiting

We love to talk about EWU, but if you need a reputable and experienced organization to talk your students about the college admissions process in general, key financial aid concepts, or ways students can improve their admissions prospects, let us know! We truly enjoy helping counselors and students.
