Three food trucks, as part of Greater Spokane Food Trucks, have set up shop between Monroe Hall and Showalter Hall. Mac Daddy’s Gourmet Grub, CRATE and Soup’s On will be on campus Monday-Friday from 10 a.m.-2 p.m.

Thomas Hammer Coffee

Thomas Hammer Coffee reopened in the JFK Library Monday, Jan. 9. In its first week (Jan. 9-15), Thomas Hammer will be open:

• 7:30 a.m.-6 p.m. Monday-Friday
• 10 a.m.-3 p.m. Saturday
• 1-8 p.m. Sunday

Beginning Jan. 17, Thomas Hammer will be open:

• 7:30 a.m.-9 p.m. Monday-Thursday
• 7:30 a.m.-4 p.m. Friday
• 10 a.m.-3 p.m. Saturday
• 1-8 p.m. Sunday

Einstein Bros. Bagels

Einstein Bros. Bagels is now open in Tawanka Hall Monday-Friday from 7 a.m.-6 p.m., Saturday from 7 a.m.-3 p.m. and closed on Sunday. Einstein will hold a grand opening Thursday and Friday, Jan. 19-20 starting at 10 a.m. There will be in-store activities, prizes and samples.

EWU Bookstore

The EWU Bookstore has relocated to Louise Anderson Hall due to the PUB redesign, which is slated to finish spring 2018. The Bookstore is open Monday-Thursday from 7:30 a.m.-5:30 p.m., Friday from 7:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m. and Saturday from 11 a.m.-3 p.m. All textbooks need to be purchased online through the Bookstore’s website.
